Extract Unique from range which is not in another range (exclude)

Hi,

I need to Extract UNIQUE from D2:D20 which are not in B2:B20
See attached
In both ranges I have empty cells too

Load both tables to Power Query and then Anti-Join the two tables and eliminate duplicates.
