    Hi guys
I would like to copy colors format ( red if left day range contains "s" and green if contains "h") . I ve managed to find a formula but can autofill it with relevant cells ( gotta put it manually every time - sooo time consuming ) . Is there a way to autofill it ? Like scrolling it down with a mouse but having the formula changed so that it matches cells on the left? Or different formula?
I can copy format with painter or scroll it down with formatting only but it stay the same .

Could you explain your logic please, I don't understand what you are trying to do. Your CF formulas are quite different of the example you gave in post #1

At work we have a different departments - and this is worked hours calculation spredsheet , if someone was absent we put "s" ( sick ) , "h" (holiday) , it calculates this as 8h in weekly breakdown. All i need - if you put a "s" - color changes to red ( so its red "8" in weekly breakdown) same with holiday etc. Then im trying to drag it down but the formula doesnt change , i would have to manualy change cells from 12 to 13 when editing rules etc etc. Is there a way to copy conditional formating so that it changes cells automaticaly? Hope this makes sense

    Re: Autofill Conditional Formatting

I believe that the following formulas, used as conditional formatting rules, do what you want in column EF
    For red: =COUNTIFS($DG11:$DX11,"s")
    For green: =COUNTIFS($DG11:$DX11,"h")
