Excel freezes after several minutes of work

Hi,

I'm working on cutting/pasting rows of students information. But after several minutes of work, the whole excel with other excel files opened freezes up and I can't do anything but to END TASK from task manager.

Is it because of the printer driver ? As I didn't request any printing.

Have you tried repairing your Office installation?

No, I don't get the same problems with other MS applications.

But I put the laptop to sleep for an hour and returned to work and it didn't freeze !

So I don't know what is the cause of those issues. But I think it's because of the "Print driver host for applications".

I have read several other posts from different individuals who discovered their PRINTER DRIVER was causing similar issues.

At least attempt to update your printer drivers and see what happens.

Yes, the issue is not consistent right now. I also finished my work this morning. And it's almost rare if not the first time happened to me.

But I'm leaving further troubleshooting for next time I encounter it.
