Conditional formatting for several criterias in several columns

Hi everyone,

please look at the attached table. That's an example.

In this example the cells B2 and B5 should be marked red for example. So, basically I want a conditional formatting for the cells in the column B that are doublicates, but only if that's the same client.

How could I do that?

Probably I do something wrong, but it just doesn't work. Also, wouldn't your suggestion rather mean that in the column B the warnings would always be marked when there are dublicates in the Column A? I need however only when there is a dublicate in column B as well. So, basically I need formatting of the column B with two criterias: dublicate in column A and dublicate in column B.
