I am trying to copy and paste contents from "https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-22-048.html" to excel. When I paste in excel, they all come in column A, however, I would like them to be in column A and column B. Column A focuses on the questions and Column B on the answers. Please see attached.

Desired Output is what I would like to have at the end. I have highlighted certain cells which I will ideally be looking for. Remaining can be deleted, if possible
Is there a way to achieve this?
