    IF number ends in 21 & % is <100

Good day all, hope everyone is well,

I have a register that lists build numbers e.g. 347921, the last 2 digits of this number are the build year, in this instance 2021. Then another column shows how complete the build is e.g. 0% - 100%, What I'm trying to do is calculate how many builds are left to complete for 2021 & now also 2022, I've attached a simple chart to explain further, hopefully this makes sense, if not let me know ok, thanks guys! - Marc
