Are you still using Excel 2007? If not please update for us to give you the best answer.
yes, i'm still using the Excel 2007 version.
thanks DJunqueria for your reply.
here is the picture of sample pdf and the encircle in red are the data that i need to extract in excel file.

I think you will need to go for VBA code, so maybe you would be better on a VBA topic.
with excel2007 ???
Is the pdf an image ??? Hopefully not !
With PQ (starting in excel2010), it is sometimes possible.

Thank you for the recommendation DJunqueira
i wanted to know if you original pdf, not the screenshot here, is a readable pdf created by excel or another program or just a scan (=image).
In the last case, you can use OCR-software with poor reability.
try https://www.newocr.com/
I hope all data is dummy
Otherwise it 'll be deleted

Thank you. Is this working for 2007 version?
i suppose that's too old, PQ started in excel2010.
With PQ or with OCR, that takes more time then manually entering those 3 data, so my advice ...
Power Query, Excel 365 with Insider edition by the way, otherwise no PQ reading PDF.
I guess its time for me to upgrade my excel. Your recommendation is highly appreciate.
Thank you bsalv and DJunqueira.
