QR Code Labels - print out from spreadsheet on button press

    Hi
I want to create a spreadsheet whereby people enter a value into a cell, click a print button and out pops a label with a QR code based on the cell contents. This doesn't seem like it should be hard, but I can't find a sensible solution.

All the solutions I can find on the internet either involve an always active internet connection (because they use a web API to generate the barcode), or they require the QR code to be generated through a form and not utilising the cell contents.

I'm fine with VBA etc, any ideas how I can put this into place please?
