Sending automatic emails to Pre-defined email recipients

Hello fellow MS Excel professionals and experts,
My organization does not allow the use of VBA. Therefore, I am asking for a solution to the following task without the use of VBA.

TASK: I know how to automatically attach the active workbook to an outgoing email using the quick access toolbar "email" command.
What I need help with is to find a way to have the outgoing email pre-filled with recipients' email.

    THANK YOU

Re: Sending automatic emails to Pre-defined email recipients

Thank you Logit for your reply. Much appreciated.
Regretfully, this is not what I am talking about. I know Hyperlink can be used to setup automatic launching of the email application (i.e. Outlook). But I am looking for a way to have the active worksheet automatically attached to the outgoing email AND the pre-defined emails automatically populated in the outgoing email.
Currently, if you use the hyperlink, then you have to manually attach the worksheet or any other file as you correctly have described. On the other hand, if one uses the email option under the Quick Access Toolbar, the active worksheet is automatically attached to the outgoing email but the email recipients are not automatically populated.

I am looking to have both: Automatic attachment of the active worksheet AND automatic populating the pre-defined email recipients.

    Thank you again.
