Power Query Combine Payroll files from Folder where column headers do not align

Hi - Very new to PQ. I've taught myself the Import from Folder feature, but I'm having difficulty with the following task.

I've got a Folder called "Payroll" that contains 12 Excel files (1 for each month). The data in these files are not Tables - it's exported from our system on a standard Excel sheet. I've got 2 issues that I can't seem to fix:
#1 - the first 2 rows of each file need to be removed as the header is in row 3.
#2 - the column headers are never in the same column. (IE: "Regular Pay" can be in column C in the February file, but in column F in the March file).

Anyone come across this issue and know how to resolve?

For item #1: If the first two rows are blank then filter them out. If they contain data that you don't require, then use the delete rows option in the PQE ribbon.
for item #2: If the names of the headers are exactly the same then PQ will put them in the right place if you are appending each file.

Without seeing sample file data, it is difficult to be more specific.
