How to create a conditional formatting rule that use a 3-Color Scale format style to display the minimum in Yellow, the midpoint in Light Green, and the maximum in Green?
I tried to use the 3-color scale and select 3 colors but excel insert other color (different shades of Green, so it is not really 3 colors or am I doing it wrong? Pls see attached file. How you would do that yourself? Thanks again.
