In the attached ‘Distribution’ workbook, you will see data in the Ledger sheet distributed to the sheets titled Mike, Tim and Vince? These examples were all hand entered to show what I’m hoping can be automated with Excel commands. As seen, the ‘3rds’ option would take the total amount for that particular line, divide it into thirds and post this amount to each person while the ‘other’ option could send different amounts to the person of choice.
