Pivot Table Monday - Sunday

You have what is called a "Cross-tab" table. To convert it to a database that will allow you to create a pivot table the way you want, follow these instructions:

Press Alt-D, P to get to the secret pivot table wizard that’s different from the one you get from Insert > Pivot table.

Choose Multiple consolidation ranges. Click Next.

Choose I will create the page fields. Click Next.

Select the range and add it. Go through the rest of the wizard to create a pivot table.

Double-click on the Grand-Grand Total (lower right cell of the pivot table).

And then the table that is created will work the way you want...
