One way!
Use this to generate a sub list somewhere hidden:
=IFERROR(INDEX(C:C,SMALL(IF(Table1[Company]=$F$3,ROW(Table1[Company])),ROWS($A$1:A1))),"")
Then use a named range for the sub list (SubList), and then your DV drop-down list is =SubList.
I'm not going to go into any more detail, as this has been covered hundereds of times here. Just search on the words you've used for your title and you will find many threads here (some appear listed at the foot of this thread).
