Can someone help me concat several cells into one and then display that result as a single qr code without using qr4office

Welcome to the forum.

Have a look at TEXTJOIN for the concatenation. As for the QR code, you would need to use some form of generator. I think you need to give more sepcific detail.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
