    Lookup based on header data

    Hi,

Im trying to get a formula that looks up two criteria and pulls through from a data table

In sheet 1 column D should pull through from the table in balance based on the information in B and C

Is it possible to only pull through data with a positive balance?

Please offer some examples and clearly identify what results you expect, where they should be and exactly how you have calculated them.

I can't understand exactly what you want from your description

I am trying to pull data from the table in "balance", looking up against sheet 1 criteria URN and Legal Entity

So if theres a balance it should show in column d

If I understand correctly then paste the following into cell D2 on Sheet1 and drag the fill handle down:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
