    Need help on spreadsheet. Do i need to use vlookup, hlookup, index, match?

    Hello,
    I'm working on a spreadsheet to automatically do the standings for our fantasy baseball league. I have it formatted where I can input each players weekly score on the scores tab and it will automatically populate the PF field for each team on their page, but I'm trying to automatically populate the PA field. If you look at the scores tab, Cajun Coonasses scored 347.0 points in week one and that total appears on the Coonasses tab, in field E3. What I am trying to do is match the week number and match it to the team that they play each week. For example, Cajun Coonasses plays King of Queens and Thundermutts in week 2. Ideally, I want to use excel to look at the scores for each team and find the opponent each week and populate the FA field of each team.

    And what is "PA" and how is it calculated?

    PA is points allowed. On the spreadsheet, on the Coonasses tab, you see he plays King of Queens in week 1. What I'm trying to do is to populate the PA field for week 1 (F3) with the data I entered on the Scores tab for King of Queens (G2).

    Named ranges created:

    AllScores =Scores!$B$2:$M$23
    GameWeek =Scores!$A$2:$A$23
    TeamNames =Scores!$B$1:$M$1

    Formula for Scores column F:
