combining and splitting data and sending to emails in a column

    Hi

I Have a list of data in columns with the email address i wish to send the data to in the final column.

The problem is the email addresses repeat and I wish to send all the data for a relevant email address in one email. (the file attached should make this clearer)

any help or possible solutions appreciated.

I'm not entirely clear about what you expect to see... maybe:

    Thanks

OK, but how do you want it to be presented? Multiple rows? In one cell?

Do you want the putput for one company or for all?

Provide a sample workbook showing us what we are aiming for. I'm not able to visualise what that is.

Re: combining and splitting data and sending to emails in a column

Hi sorry, I'll try to explain it in full.

We have a spreadsheet with all of the dropped of sales from our customers (as per attached to opening post). I want to be able to send out a batch of emails (1 to each customer)
with a list of the dropped off sales for that customer. Preferably as a small table (which would just show the item number and description)

From my understanding I can use a mail merge to send out each line to the email address in column e but i want to send all the lines relevant to that customer in one email

so from the original attachment "hire and buy" would receive rows 2 to 8, columns C and D in table form with some additional generic text in the email.

    Thanks
    James
