Trying to find a quick way to fill in the cells using excel formulas in the attachment

Anyone help me fill in this by using excel formulas
i have tried various options but i do not seem to get what and how i want it.
i need it by the close of today. please help

In K4 for company copied down:

=INDEX($G$4:$G$53,MATCH(J4,$F$4:$F$53,0))

For the other two columns, change the index range in red for Hours1 and Hours2.

Thanks Ali. The formula you provided worked for the company column.

I changed to the formula below for the hour1 column but i got different values.
if you kindly provide a formula for the hour1 and hour2 column, i will be very much grateful.

For that one, you need to change the LOOKUP range as well!!!

=INDEX($D$4:$D$53,MATCH(J4,$B$4:$B$53,0))

Then for the last column:

=INDEX($H$4:$H$53,MATCH(J4,$F$4:$F$53,0))
