Hello! I have to create a gantt chart and I'm wondering what I use to highlight all the cells for a particular time period. I would also like to know how to do a percent data bar based on dates. Attached is a file which shows what I want to do but everything is currently being done manually (like highlighting all the cells). Any help would be appreciated

Sorry but this is a bit vague. What particular time period? You already have conditional formatting to shade in progress for each task--contrary to your post, that is not manual.
You also have conditional formatting for a percent data bar. But the % values are entered manually. How do you want to enter those? In project management, just because half of the allotted time for a task has passed does not mean that task is 50% complete.
