Data join, expand, and calculate

Hi All,
Not sure the best way to do this, but the example attached below is a subset of what im trying to do. Looking for some creative solutions to help solve this, ideally without table join.

Goal: Manipulate high level data (starting point) by multiplying the data by 2 multiplier tables, and subsequently outputting a results table with the multiplier plant code and bulk/parcel codes.

The problem my team and I experience is the high level of effort to do this manually in a worksheet at a bigger scale (more intersections, days, complexity) so looking to see if any of you have creative solutions around doing this either with data, functions, or robust macros.

Each shaded area = different formula. Please refer to the sheet for formulae. I have attempted to make this reasonably "generic"... but your sample file was quite limited.
