Retrieve value of field across different Excel files

Dear,

I am creating my bills based on the same Excel template. In this template, there is a Date field with the format DD/MM/YYYY.

Besides, I have a Dashboard Excel in which I'm creating statistics and one of those statistics is "Last Billed in" where I'd retrieve the Year of the latest bill.

Do you think there is any way for this Dashboard to search through all the bills of a folder and retrieve the latest year of billing ?
