I've a Master Template which has links to another Workbook. I must periodically download (from a website) new (updated) versions of the Workbook with the SAME name, otherwise I would have to continually update the Master cell references. When I download a new version of the Workbook, it gets renamed since that name already exists in my Downloads folder (expected). If I delete (or move) existing Workbook BEFORE downloading new version, then I break the links in the Master and it gives errors for each cell referencing the Workbook (expected). BUT, after downloading updated version of Workbook (with same referenced name), cell references continue to show error, even though I have "refreshed" date.

Surely I'm overlooking some simple solution to what would seem a common problem. Any advice???. Many thanks
