How can I clear the contents of 15 worksheets that are tables, all at once? I can do it one by one I know, but is there a way to do them all (excel says no).

Perhaps select all the worksheet tabs and delete the group. Then if necessary add new worksheets.

I just want to delete the content but keep the template - need to re-use for 2022-2023 expenses, just get rid of the 2021-2022 inputs.
Are you using proper xltm or xltx files which are true templates which prevent the user over-riding the files, or are you using the term loosely and simply mean a standard .xlsx or xlsm file?
I added an example file. If you 'select all sheets' and try to 'clear contents' within for all at the same time, you can't.
One issue is that you clear all formula (using ClearContents) so it might be better to use VBA just to clear data.
