How to extract 59 records from 35000 and work on them

HI all grateful for any help offered.
I have UK govt data on Covid by parish over last two years.(35000 entries)
The attachment only show first 258 records as no. 258 is the first time my parish is mentiond (there are 58 records later on in the file)
I wish to extract only the data which applies to my parish namely 'Kingsand, Antony & Maryfield' in sunny Cornwall England. (my parish is identified in column H)
My desired outcome is to present a graph which shows change in infection rate over time (with especial attention to vacation times when we are invaded by tourist visitors and deaths and hospitalisations rose dramatically)
How do I best do this please?
    Part file attached for assistance
    Many thanks in anticiopation

    Administrative Note:

Members will tailor the solutions they offer to the version (NOT release number) of Office (Excel, NOT Windows) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your version is for Mac, please also state this. Thanks.

I was able to do it easily with PowerQuery. Sadly it's not available for your version. Time to upgrade?

In lieu of Power Query, Advance Filter should work in your version of Excel.

Here is a link that could give you a start on extracting your records. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJNsM5yQbPQ

Will let someone else help you with graphs.

Or if you want to extract them from Sheet1 into another sheet say, use this formula (Enter using Ctrl+Shift+Enter) into A2 and copy/drag across and down as far as you need (or wrap in an IFERROR)
    Adjust ranges as required too.
