    printing multiple payslips from pdf

    Hi Guys

I'm trying to setup excel payslips. I have created a work sheet with employee data and use sheet 2 which has payslip. I have used vlookup to fill emplyee details. Is it possible to generatea seperate pdf file for ach employee rather han doing each payslip manually?

i'm attaching a test file which i have created which would resebmle the real data.

Perhaps use WORD Mail Merge (with Excel as data source) to create the Payslips and save the created document as a PDF file.

you can create a tab for each of the individuals based on their EMP ID #.
I then updated the vlookup formula in C8 too:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

I then just make duplicate sheets based off of them for each of the emp id codes. When you rename the tab to the emp ID, Cell C8 will update automatically. I did a sample for you attached all the way up to 1008.

    Thanks

Only thing is I would like to create separate pdf file for each employ which can be sent to them rather than single pdf with all employees.
