How to convert MonthID to month name

Hello Folks,

Hope all is well. I have created a custom calendar that the first day of the year started end of last year. It is a two years calendar (544 calendar)So, I have the MonthID started from 1 to 24. How do I add a column for the month and year? for example if it's 1, month name read "Jan 2021", 2 will be "Feb 2021"...Then, when it reach to 13 that would be "Jan 2022". I tried to use IF functions but it doesn't work. I can do a vlookup in this case but I just want to know if there is any other options. Thanks.

PS: Also, this calendar was built from a power query. Thanks.
