I want to compare a range with 1 cell

Hi,

I have a question. I have a range of random numbers in A2:a30 and I want to create a formule
in B2 which also has a random number and I want to compare it to the list of numbers to see if there is a match and when
there is a match it should say win and if there is no match, it should say loss.

I have the following formula but I don't get it right:
=ALS(B2=A2:a30;"Win";"Loss")

What am I doing wrong here since when I do this:
=ALS(B2=A2;"Win";"Loss")
I get the right result if the 2 cells match.

Can someone assist me here?

here is another option in case you are interested... =IF(COUNTIF(A2:A30;B2)>0;"Win";"Loss")
