Stock Connector can't find certain symbols

I'm very dependent on the Stock Connector add-on in Excel. It finds most, but not all, stock symbols I use (300+).

It fails on these: GFOF, RGTI, USLUX, PL, DWACW, PDN, and CCIV. Surprisingly, it also fails on PARA -- Paramount Global Class B (NASDAQ), not PARAMOUNT GROUP, INC. (XNYS:PGRE) -- not an obscure stock.

MSFT displays an email address for help on Connector's opening screen. I've contacted them with the list above, but received NO response.

Frankly, I switched to Excel from Google Sheets which does a much better and simpler job with stock symbols.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Stock Connector can't find certain symbols

when I type your stock symbols in, I get the results shown below.

    Excel 2016 (Windows) 64 bit
    A
    1
    Gfof
    2
    rgti
    3
US Global Investors Global Luxury Goods Fund
    4
    PLANET LABS PBC (XNYS:PL)
    5
    dwacw
    6
    PENUMBRA, INC. (XNYS:PEN)
    7
    cciv
    8
Purpose Divsf Real Asset ETF (XSGO:PARA)
    Sheet: Sheet1

I do not know what the company names are for those missing. However, I then loaded the name of some stocks that I know the symbol. I listed the company name and not the symbol and Excel then brought up a window that let me select the correct symbol for the named stock. Suggest you try that methodology.

Re: Stock Connector can't find certain symbols

I should have provided more detail as some symbols are duplicated over the world markets:

GFOF: Grayscale Future of Finance ETF NYSEARCA
    RGTI: Rigetti Computing Inc (XNAS:RGTI)
USLUX: US Global Investors Global Luxury Goods Fund
PL: Planet Labs PBC (XNYS:PL) -- which has finally showed up, thanks for that...new issues seems to take awhile.
    DWACW: Digital World Acq Warrants
PDN: Invesco FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-U.S. Small-Mid ETF PDN:NYSE Arca
CCIV: Churchill Capital IV [Lucid Motors]
PARA shows up as PARAMOUNT GROUP, INC. (XNYS:PGRE) not as Paramount Global Class B

I use Michael Saunders Stock Connector to track my portfolio. Here is the link to his site: https://www.michael-saunders.com/sto...ages/info.html
