how do i change the order of cell borders

i have a table with white vertical border and a darkblue lower border. the white borders lay on top of the blue one, so that i get white spaces in the blue border. i would like to place the blue border on top, so that on the blue border the white lines are hidden and the blue border becomes solid. is this even possible?excelborders.png

i hope you can see this, i cant upload a file,
i have to go to my other computer,
did so, still cant upload a .xlsx-file. athough i added it in manage attachments

I cannot reproduce what you have. Here is what I get.

.xlsx file attachments are limited to 1MB. If your file is larger than that, you can zip it and attach a .zip file up to 9.77MB.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file:

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. On the next screen scroll down and under the Attachments section click the Manage Attachments link, which will show a pop-up window.
3. Click the Choose File button to select a file to attached.
4. Click the Upload button to upload the file.
5. Then click the Close This Window button. Your file is now attached to your post.
