i am actually working on a template and got stuck . i work in a class 3 timed a week (g10) and 5 times a week in G12. this can change as it all depends on teh time table.
i have several tabs in my spreadsheet, for example the weekly plan sheet gives an overview of what has to be done during the week. i have been able to work it out using vlookup.
where things get stuck is in the lesson plan sheet . whatever is being done in grade 10 remains the same throughout of the week . this also can be changed using vlookup by adding more columns in the g10 sheet .
what i actually want to do is to automatically update my lesson plan based on the contents of the weekly. i have added my time table also. in certain years teh number of lesson can change for example this year in grade 10 i have the classes 3 times a week next year it can be 4 or even 2 so i want to rework my weekly n lesson plan accordingly depending on the number of days
