Exclamation Mirroring 2 Tables in 2 sheets

I want to mirror 2 tables in 2 sheets in the same workbook, I tried to link the cells which works fine, but what i want to do is more advanced.
Like when I delete a row in the source table I need the destination table to remove that row as well. and when I add a row in the source table I want that row to be added as well.

The source have employees names and IDs, the destination table have Names and IDs and more columns like work shifts and dates .

so I'm looking more to have a 100% exact mirroring of those tables.

    Hope anyone can help

    Hi BassemCh:

Try this to get you started:
Highlight the all employees source data including headings.
Then go to: Data. Get and transform data from table or range.
Close and Load. Close and load to. . .
It'll show up on a new worksheet.
Add your desired additional column labels.
Test your results by adding or removing rows and their records from the source table.
Go back to your results table, right click on it, click refresh.

    Pete

Re: Mirroring 2 Tables in 2 sheets

    Hello @PeteABC123

I just noticed that if I filter out some rows in the query table, the rows in the added columns do not match with the rows in the query anymore!

what's the best way to keep all rows in the added columns matching with the rows in the query table?
That's a big problem if they do not match!

    any idea?
    Thanks

    Bummer BassemCh. :-(

Perhaps using formulas to reconnect with result data?

Yes! but what type of formulas?

Maybe if I can link tables with an ID field in both tables?

Hi BassemCh. I suppose it depends on your data and how it's layed out. vlookup could do it.
If the ID field is consistent between tables then you might be on to something.
