    Employee requirement

    Good evening all.
Hope you are able to help with this one.

I have 4220 Slots to complete per Year.
I have 4 staff to cover those slots.
Each Slot comprises of 30 Min each.
If my Maths are correct, working on the following below, it shows I am in need of extra help, to complete.
Can you please show this into an excel sheet.

    Emp 1 = 28 Slots per week = 1316 Slots per Year (47 Weeks)
    Emp 2 = 12 Slots per week = 564 Slots per Year (47 Weeks)
    Emp 3 = 27 Slots per week = 1269 Slots per Year (47 Weeks)
    Emp 4 = 15 Slots per week = 705 Slots per Year (47 Weeks)

Each Emp has 5 Weeks Hol per Year, so each Emp will be based on 47 weeks

If you total the Yearly Slots the Emp could cover, this would = 3854 Slots and would leave 366 Slots short per Year from the total of 4220 Slots

Can you please calculate and show this into an excel sheet.

    Many thanks

    Pugg
