The main help I need is with how to do the charts while avoiding duplicates and also some of the formulae on the table. Overall, would you say that this layout is feasible as well?

The sample workbook contains no data, just an empty table and two placeholders. There is nothing there for me to comment on, and nothing that shows me what you want, so sorry, but there's no way I can help you with so little information.
What I would say is that pretty much everything is possible, but if you want specific help with charts, then you need to post in the appropriate section with some specific data and a clear idea of what you are aiming for.
