Conditional Formatting with formula

Hello,

first sorry for my english, i wope to explain well.

I need help on conditional formatting with some formula.

In attached file you have my file that i want to apply some conditional formatting.

In collumn A i have the days and in the row 2 i also have the days.

My example:
I want a conditional formatting that the value on A3 search on the row of the days and if the % value are not 100% put the A3 red and if is 100% put A3 green

In this case A3 (geen), A4 (red), A5 (green).

Anyone can help me?
