Don't know how to get cell value depending on date.

I have a problem at hand that I'm unable to resolve, the fact is that I am a noob and learning for myself. I am spanish and my excel file is in spanish but I have posted this in this section as I consider that it will get more attention, and the language is not really important to the solution of the problem at hand.

locate yourself, in the DATOS tab. The thing is that I am trying to obtain the levels of "restante" found on the tables that have a date on top of them, and show on the matrix that's located on the J5:K18 range. Each line of that table, showing the "restante" value from the corresponding table according to date by dragging the formula down.

I have tried to use the offset formula by: both doing it manually on two lines to see if excel detects a pattern (with no luck). And by setting the reference variable (from which the offset starts) to a "match" formula that looks for the date.

If somebody finds a solution i would appreciate it, even if it means changing the appearance of the table.
