    Question Index/Match, Xlookup, Concatenate - Help Needed

    - I'm working with three columns (see attached file): Company, Project, Description.

    - I need help creating a simple a simple Yes/No chart (highlighted yellow in the attached file) to display Yes/No if the project & description combination is tied to a project in column B.

    - The issue I'm having here is that sometimes the project name is duplicated between companies, but with a different description for each company (or sometimes the same one), or sometimes two or more companies share the same description, but for different projects.

    I think the attached file better explains my ask, but I just need help combining some formulas to get the yellow-highlighted area automated. Thanks!

    A couple of changes:
    1) remove column F concat formula as a helper column is not needed.
    2) In G4 use the below formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
