Hyperlink cell references not updating when I insert a row

My spreadsheet has a contents page on one worksheet and a contact list of contact numbers on another worksheet. I have created a hyperlink for each entry on the contents page referring to a range of cells on the contact list on another page. This makes it clear what each entry refers to.

The problem is that when I insert a row into the contact list worksheet the cell range of the hyperlink on the contents page remains the same. This means the hyperlink on the contents worksheet no longer refers to the correct cell range on the contact list worksheet.

Any idea of how I can fix this? Any help would be much appreciated.
