No sir i am not the spammer i was trying to show you by showing link of some online site but it does not able me to do i am talking about the templates that are available on different sites i was trying to add them in excel but this doesnot let me to do it i doesnot mention name of any website or something. I dont get it, how is this spamming?If you're trying to add templates from online websites into Excel, Just go to a website like Google and search for "Excel templates." Once you find a template you like, just download it and then open it in Excel. I donot specify any site regarding this i just want to know how can i do it in better way.

I suspected you're a spammer because all your posts, to date, have been exceptionally vague and have not asked any specific questions.
Apologies if you are genuine, but we do get a lot of nuisance posters that our anti-spam filters don't catch.
These have to be weeded out manuslly snd the posters banned.
Look at a few of the other threads. They are not a single sentence. They ask specific questions and are usually accompanied by a sample sheet.
