Dashboard for 17 Locations with Dynamic Events

Hello all, looking for some inspiration, want to make a an excel dashboard where I have multiple events in 17 location in a 6 monthly calendar. The location and dates are constant but the events keep changing. The dashboard shud be able to show specific events on the dates available and the location. It shud show clashing events if any and dates where no events are scheduled. I have made the database but can't create the dashboard, just need some ideas where this wud be possible. Any suggestions are welcome
