    Filter for many rows

I have a large workbook with hundreds of names. Names are assigned to different groups but for the sake of this inquiry, I have only listed 3 (Group A, B, C).

I have a filter formula to give me a conditional list of names (H2) based on selection in G2. This works fine but how can I achieve this when I have 100s of cells to choose a group (G3 to G35)

    Re: Filter for many rows

Do you mean you want to filter data by multiple group?
Example for G2:G4, formula in K2:

for G2:G35, in the formula, just add the group until ....+(Table1[Group]=G35)
Note: you don't need the table in col D.

My take on this, in O2 dragged down as far as needed
    Formula: copy to clipboard

then change the DV to O2#

    Re: Filter for many rows

    Maybe with a pivot table.

    See the attached file.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.
