Dupe Checking

Have to run a check against a list of numbers and only count the ones that aren't dupes and the first one of the dupes.
So far I've broken it into a few formulas, but I'm guessing due to the first one, these aren't showing up as numbers to sum, only count.

This, in my mind, would have let me get the sum. Unfortunately, only Count is showing up, even in tables.

Is there a way I can get this to change and allow the sum? I've already tried converting it to numbers with no go.
