    Changing default selection in dropdown box in toolbar

    Is it possible to change what the default is in a dropdown box in the menu bar. I want the default to be Merge Cells in the alignment toolbar instead of Merge & Centre.

    Avoid merged cells like the plague!!!!

    As far as I can judge, you cannnot change the order.
