ROUND fuction yielding the same value

Hello

I'm a new Excel user and I'm having an issue where my ROUND function is yielding the same numeric value for each cell. I can double click into each cell and then the formula is correct. I'm sure this is a quick formatting issue but I'm unsure how to look for a fix.

Make sure that calculation is set to automatic.
It's on the formula tab under Calculation options
