We have a Chinese church here, and a friend of mine is responsible for scheduling the Sunday service.
Each Sunday the church has eight tasks, so priority will be given to preparing four tasks.
My friend is responsible for scheduling the last four tasks with the vacant staff. It takes a month at a time, and there are four to five Sundays a month. But since the number of people available on each Sunday is different, the number of people available for the last four tasks is also different. However, the church requires that the same person should not take up the same task more than twice in a month. This condition gives me a big headache and I don't know how to arrange Excel.
