Autofill multiple values within the same column

Hi there wizards! I am looking for a way to autofill a column with multiple values (with each value having multiple blank spaces below it) without having to double click the autofill square each time.

    Capture.JPG

For example, I want 'Diamond' to autofill all blank cells below it and stop before 'High Potential' and then do the same thing for 'High Potential', etc, etc.

Elsewhere, I've seen a solution of clicking the first cell, and then holding CTRL+SHIFT+DOWN and then using CTRL+D to autofill down, but unfortunately this method also highlights the next cell after the last blank one.

    Thank you!

It looks you have a pivot table.

If so, design => report => repeat items.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

It's actually not a pivot table, it just appears this way as this is how our querying software exports data.

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:

Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

    Hi zachwalkerpintoL

    Highlight your table.
    F5
    Special
    Go to "Blanks"
    OK
    equals
    Up arrow
    CTRL with enter.

This enters cell references. Paste back as values if you like.

    Pete
