Which functions and reports needed for this sort of report

Hi,

What i want is
a tab/tabs where i can enter the raw data
a tab which gives me report

the type of data is stocks OHLC prices with times, few indicators prices and few entries of data i will enter manually with respective time


then i want to create a report tab where i can see the results of the parameters i set
the parameters will be like

when there is a down trend on daily, and the signal on H4 or H1 provided
technically ( as far as i get) it is
if the value of data set 1 is A/B/C, the value of data set 2 is a/b/c and the value of data set 3 is i/ ii/ iii
for the required combination of data sets results, the time when the specific conditions are fulfilled.

as you can see it is even hard for me to explain. What I do know is excel is powerful enough to handle this and give me a report
