Sum values from two pivot tables

    Hello.

Looking for assistance to total (sum) values from 2 pivot tables. I tried the sum(vlookup formula but doesnt it work quite as expected.

In the attached file, you will find two pivots, 1. CC purchases, 2. Other method purchases. The expected results should be the total number of purchase attempts and purchases completed for each unique agent.

Basically I took all agents(from all pivots) paste them into a single column and deleted duplicates to come up with unique names and from the one used the Sum)vlookup formula.

As we can see, the sum vlookup works up to certain extend (when agents names are not the same for each row)

I would appreciate if anyone can give me a hand with a formula or workaroud

    Thanks

    M

Re: Sum values from two pivot tables

Probably you need to combine both pivots on the shared item.

It can be done in the original data.

Maybe you need Power Query for that.

Without seeing the (original, not sensitive) data it would be a guess of my side.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    oeldere,

The pivots came from a large set of data. for some reason not even power query was able to append data sets.

Let's wait for some other replies but i do appreciate taking the time to go over it.
