Please help me, I want excel vba code that can copy text from my excel table and paste it on word file embedded in the excel sheet and then save that word file as pdf in the same folder in which excel file is saved.

Above is the screenshot of my excel sheet and word file embedded in the excel, here I want "First Name" and "Last Name" to be pasted in the word file (in the respective fields <<First Name>> and <<Last Name>>) and loop it with the other entries of "First Name" and "Last Name". Also, the pdf file should be saved as a separate pdf file for each record. Moreover, desired name of the pdf file is "First Name" of each entry.
I have attached my excel macro in which I was working. Please write code in that excel and attach here.
Note: there is way to achieve this directly converting excel to pdf, but there is something which force me to use word file approach in this process.
