Splitting AlpaNumeric Numbers separated by Hyphen example R1-R100 to R1 R2 R3?.SO ON
Hey guys I was trying to extract data from a excel sheet which has different kinds of data in it
I am struck while splitting a range of alphanumeric data columns
The data is like this
R1-R88,R100-R138?. SO ON
I want that row to split in on columns with all extracted numbers ranges
Like this
R1
R2
R3
R4
.
.
.
.
.
..
SO ON
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS

Are you really using the old Excel 2007?
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

yes mam i am using excel 2007
and now i have attached a sample workbook to my 1st thread
I would be surprised (amazed) if this is possible with Excel 2007... without using VBA.
